Delivery & Returns
We're happy to post most items - cost depends on size, value and fragility of the piece. Most items are posted within seven working days, however, larger and more delicate glass artworks can take longer as we prefer to use a specialist fine art courier. Most deliveries by the fine art courier are within two weeks, but due to their set delivery routes to certain areas of the UK it can take longer.

Small parcel - £5.00 (eg. small ornament or small pictures that will fit into 45x35x16cm box)

Medium parcel for prints measuring 40x40cm - £6.00

Please note: we are also happy to store items for customers until they can collect.

Packaging - We try to re use all packaging that arrives with deliveries sent to us, so please forgive appearances if the boxes look a little used!! We will always ensure your purchase is secure and well wrapped.

Returns

If a purchase arrives damaged it must be reported to us within two days of delivery, with photographs emailed to us showing the damage. If the piece is beyond repair we will issue a refund, or if possible, arrange a replacement. If a repair is possible we will cover the cost of having the item posted back to us and the cost of repair.

If you have simply changed your mind about a piece, it must be returned to us in an undamaged and completely resaleable condition within 7 working days. We will then issue you with a refund.

Please note: refunds cannot be issued for a bespoke commission unless it has arrived damaged.
